Logs are retained according to the site's retention policy, which is configured by the server administrator. You can view the current retention period in your account settings. Logs older than the retention window are automatically purged.

Yes. Every uploaded log gets a unique shareable link. You can send it to anyone — they don't need a BlockMedic account to view it. You can also set logs to private from your account settings.

BlockMedic supports standard Minecraft server logs (latest.log, debug.log), Paper/Spigot/Fabric/Forge formats, and plain-text log files. The parser automatically detects the format and extracts errors, warnings, and stack traces.

Add the BlockMedic bot to your Discord server and run the setup command. Once linked, your members can upload and retrieve logs directly from Discord, and receive error alerts in a designated channel.

If you believe your account was banned in error, you can appeal through our Discord server. Click the "Appeal on Discord" button on the banned page and open a support ticket with your username and the reason you believe it was a mistake.
